Erst dann erfolgt die genaue Hinterfragung der Rolle von Publikum und Massenmedien im Prominenzierungsprozess sowie ihrer engen Verknüpfung miteinander. Ferner soll jedoch auch mittels eines kurzen soziobiologischen Exkurses gezeigt werden, dass dies nicht die beiden einzigen Größen sind, welche in diesem Prozess von Bedeutung sind.
